In our 12 week fat loss program we have included a list of food choices for your daily protein, fat and carbohydrate requirements along with a formula to assist you in preparing your weekly meal plan based on your recommended daily calorie intake needs. There are also some meal ideas to get you started.

To take the guess work out of training, there is also a 12 week, 5 day a week strength training program from which you can choose to do as many or as few as you like. If you are just starting you may wish to choose 2 training days or if you are a seasoned trainer getting back into the swing of things, there are up to 5 daily workouts per week. The choice is yours.
